Combining the best of local South Australian produce and some international selections, “Signatures” makes for a gastronomic experience like no other.

An extensive wine list of over 300 labels including many local and international wines, and all stored in an original dry cellar, complement “Signatures” fine cuisine beautifully…satisfying even the most meticulous connoisseur. Or maybe try our fabulous, newly renovated Bistro / Bar area which will cater for the most fastidious ‘pub-fare goer’ with an exciting new menu. From fresh, local produce including Clare Valley Porterhouse and hand made pizza’s, to the Schnitzel that’s sure to impress anyone.
